The 0.75 m long airline rail in a flat aluminum profile is ideal for securing loads in vans, trailers, and campers. This 0.75 m long airline lashing rail is ideal if you want to create a stable but space-saving attachment point in your van, trailer, or camper. Thanks to its flat design, the profile can be mounted on the wall, floor, or under the floor of a van, making it suitable for both tradesmen's vehicles and private conversions.

The flat profile is delivered undrilled and can be screwed or glued in place depending on the installation situation. The wide flanges ensure that forces are better distributed, allowing for higher tensile loads.

Since the rail is not pre-drilled, you can place the mounting points exactly where your vehicle allows. For a particularly clean installation – e.g., on sandwich walls or in campers – you can additionally or exclusively glue them with a construction adhesive such as Sikaflex 554. For screw fastening, we recommend countersunk screws of strength class 10.9 and a maximum screw spacing of 75 mm.

In combination with suitable Airline fittings (e.g., Double or Quattro Stud), boxes, machines, tools, or leisure equipment can be securely fastened. However, the actual load capacity always depends on the type of installation and the substrate.
