Payment options

Pre-payment/bank transfer:

Immediately after completing your order, you will receive an e-mail with our bank details and the exact transfer amount. We will ship the goods you have ordered after the invoice amount has been credited to us.

Paypal:

PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly in online stores - free of charge.

• Secure: Your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent over the Internet every time you make an online purchase.
• Simple: You pay with two clicks. Because you use your bank or credit card details stored with PayPal instead of entering them again for every purchase.
• Fast: PayPal payments arrive quickly. The seller can then send the goods immediately and you usually receive them sooner.

Sign up and use PayPal immediately:

• Open a PayPal account.
• Link your bank account or credit card to your PayPal account.
• And you are ready to pay with PayPal.

Invoice:

Purchase on account is available from the 2nd order. The minimum order value is 50 euros. There is no possibility of discount deduction. We grant this payment method up to an order value of 1000 euros. If the purchase exceeds the sum of 1000 euros, please contact us. To hedge the credit risk, we must reserve the right, depending on the respective credit rating, to carry out the delivery requested by you only against payment by PayPal or prepayment. The invoice is due for payment without deduction no later than 14 days after receipt of the invoice.
If we make advance payments, e.g. in the case of payment on account, your data will be forwarded to Bürgel Wirtschaftsinformationen GmbH & Co. KG, Revaler Straße 100, 10245 Berlin, for the purpose of safeguarding our legitimate interests. We reserve the right to refuse you the payment method on account as a result of the credit check.

Invoice for authorities:

As a public authority, office or public institution, you can purchase from us on account from the 1st order.
Please send us an order fax or an e-mail with your header sheet and the order details.
The invoice is due 30 days after receipt of invoice without deduction.

Cash payment/EC card:

As a collector, you can select the shipping method Collection and in the selection Payment method payment by cash/EC card in the online store.
