The electric swivel step ETB is the perfect solution for vehicles with a high entrance height - ideal for motorhomes, vans, buses and articulated vehicles. With its fully automatic swivel function, a non-slip surface and a load capacity of up to 240 kg, it offers maximum comfort and safety when getting in and out.

Comfortable entry thanks to fully automatic swivel function

When the vehicle door is opened, the step extends automatically

controlled by a powerful electric motor. As soon as the door is closed, the step swings back to its protected starting position in less than two seconds. This automatic movement not only increases convenience, but also safety during daily operation.

For additional visibility, the ETB swivel step is equipped with integrated LED lighting. It illuminates the entry area, minimizing the risk of missteps – particularly practical in the dark or in poor lighting conditions.

Vehicle-specific variants & application options

The ETB swivel bracket is available in different versions and can be adapted to almost all common vehicle types. For the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, for example, there is a version with a step width of 550 mm, which is mounted directly on the front doors. The retraction and extension process is also fully automatic here – without any manual operation.

Whether transporter, camper, off-road vehicle or shuttle bus – the ETB adapts perfectly to your area of application. Thanks to the vehicle-specific installation, it can usually be retrofitted without major conversions.

Maximum ground clearance – ideal for all-wheel drive & off-road vehicles

A key advantage of the electric swivel step ETB is its compact design. When retracted, it requires hardly any space and enables maximum ground clearance. This is particularly important for off-road vehicles and all-wheel drive models, as every millimeter counts. When extended, the step ensures comfortable, joint-friendly access - even for older or less mobile people.

Robust construction & low-maintenance technology

The ETB swivel step is designed for durability and is suitable for temperatures from –30 °C to +80 °C. It has been tested for more than 100,000 movement cycles and remains reliable even under extreme conditions. An integrated obstacle detection (auto-stop function) protects both the vehicle and the user from damage.

All necessary components such as control unit, vehicle-specific fastening material and cable set are included in the scope of delivery. Installation is straightforward and generally possible without any structural changes to the vehicle.
