Cargo area paneling for VW Crafter and MAN TGE - L3H2

CNC-milled side panel lining made of 4 mm thick plastic honeycomb profile or 4 or 6.5 mm birch plywood, for MAN TGE and VW Crafter from model year 03/2017.

Suitable for wheelbase L3 and roof height H2 with the following vehicle dimensions:

Design and scope of delivery of the cargo area trim

The plywood paneling is divided in the middle. The plastic honeycomb profile runs continuously from top to bottom (see pictures). The interior

paneling is delivered in the areas specified by the vehicle manufacturer, including all wall paneling, side door paneling, side door window cutouts, and lower rear door cutouts.

The coating is resistant to most common chemicals and easy to clean.
The dead weight is 2.7 kg/m² for 4 mm plywood panels and 1.5 kg/m² for 4 mm plastic honeycomb panels. Uncoated

plywood is suitable for coating with fabrics or felt. The flexible but sturdy plastic honeycomb profile or the moisture-resistant gray-coated plywood is recommended for protecting the cargo area.

The mounting kit is included in the scope of delivery.
Mounting is done with self-tapping screws.
The original mounting points are not used during installation.
