The Airline Rail Corner Profile Light is designed for securing light to medium loads. In combination with double stud fittings, a higher tensile strength can be achieved. The load values depend on the end fittings used.

Note on load

This light version is not designed for heavy loads such as motorcycles or pallets. Only heavy-duty airline rails should be used for this purpose.

Installation of the airline rail – flexible & practical

The airline rail is delivered undrilled, offering maximum freedom during installation. Depending on the vehicle structure, several mounting options are available:

Screw connection with M5 countersunk head screws (strength ≥ 10.9)
Use of rivet nuts or anchor nuts
Bonding with body adhesive (e.g., Sikaflex 554)

A screw spacing of approx. 75 mm is recommended. When using roof rack feet or mounting brackets, ensure that the surface is flat and that the fastenings are tension-free.

Optional end caps

Matching end caps (optional) are available for a clean finish and additional edge protection. These not only improve the appearance, but also reduce the risk of injury in the cargo area.
