Product description – 3-meter tensioning strap for airline rails
With a tensile force of 1,000 daN in strapping and 500 daN in direct tension, this tensioning strap is ideal for light to medium-heavy loads. The built-in ratchet enables high pre-tensioning force and ensures that the load is held securely in place – even on longer journeys.
For very heavy or safety-critical loads, we recommend using double stud fittings, as these offer a higher load capacity.
Installation and use in airline rails
The firmly sewn single-stud fittings are inserted directly into the airline rail and lock automatically. This allows the tensioning strap to be flexibly fixed at any grid position – ideal for changing loads and different vehicle configurations.
Material quality and workmanship
The polyester webbing (PES) used is particularly abrasion-resistant and meets the requirements of DIN EN 12195-2. With an elongation of only 5 percent, the load remains permanently tensioned.
