Airline lashing rail recessed floor profile for securing wheelchairs and cargo
A high-quality retractable airline rail made of high-strength aluminum for embedding in the vehicle floor.
This lashing rail is approved for wheelchair securing in accordance with DIN EN 75078-2.
The rail is also tested for load securing in accordance with DIN 75078-2, DIN 75410, DIN EN 12640, ISO 27955, and ISO 27956. We
also have the matching
end cap for this airline rail in our range. This can be purchased as an option.
This rail has a metric grid dimension of 25 mm. If you intend to use the airline rail to secure wheelchairs, please check whether your system is suitable for a 25.4 mm or 25 mm grid dimension. It is important to check fittings with more than two grid points. For single-stud or double-stud fittings, this check is not necessary.

The above permissible load capacities are achieved under the following conditions:
An important point when installing an airline rail is its attachment to the substrate. Different
values are achieved depending on the nature, material composition, and strength of the substrate surface.
We recommend that you follow the manufacturer's installation guidelines.
The screws must be set at a distance of 75 mm with a metric grid spacing of 25 mm (76.2 for 25.4 mm grid)!
Screws with a strength of at least 10.9 must be used, with self-locking nuts and washers!
For standard Airline lashing rails, M6 screws must be used!
The Light profiles are fastened with M5 screws!
The installer of the load securing aids is responsible for the installation and the resulting possible load!
Explanation of ISO and DIN standards:
ISO 29755 = Lashing point standard in passenger cars
ISO 29756 = Lashing point standard in panel vans (transporters)
DIN 75410-1 = Lashing point standard on flatbed vehicles up to 3.5 t
EN 12640 = Lashing point standard on flatbed vehicles from 3.5 t
Note: The airline rail – floor profile with a length of 3 meters – can only be shipped by a freight forwarder.
To seal the vehicle floor after installing the airline rail, we recommend using stone chip and underbody protection.
