Airline rail floor profile for securing wheelchairs and cargo
The airline rail as a floor profile is made of high-strength aluminum and is approved as a wheelchair restraint system in accordance with DIN 75078-2.
The rail has also been tested for load securing in accordance with DIN 75078-2, DIN 75410, DIN EN 12640, ISO 27955, and ISO 27956.

The flanges attached to the floor rail enable a clean transition to the floor panel.
This rail has a metric grid dimension of 25 mm. If you intend to use the airline rail to secure wheelchairs, please check whether your system is suitable for a 25.4 mm or 25 mm grid dimension. It is important to check fittings with more than two grid points. For single-stud or double-stud fittings, this check is not necessary.

- Fastening distance 75 mm with 25 mm grid / 76.2 mm with 25.4 mm grid
- Airline rail floor profile fastened with M6 10
.9 screws To seal the vehicle floor after installing the airline rail, we recommend using stone chip and underbody protection.
