Product description – lighter and quieter than many steel systems
Compared to classic steel roof racks, the aluminum version impresses with its lower weight and high corrosion resistance. The specially shaped cross tubes reduce air turbulence, resulting in less wind noise than with angular standard designs.
The roof basket is made of galvanized aluminum and is TÜV-approved and crash-tested to 20 g in accordance with ECE 17.07. It therefore meets professional safety requirements for trade and service.
Rear rollers are included as standard and extend across the entire width of the roof rack. This makes it much easier to load long items and protects the material compared to systems without rollers.
The cross tubes can be flexibly positioned along the rail. This allows you to tailor the roof rack to your load – for example, with a larger distance for long ladders or a narrower arrangement for boxes.
The installation height is approx. 24 cm. The installation time is approx. 35–45 minutes.

Installation – a perfect fit using original mounting points
The Rhino aluminum roof rack is mounted on the fixing points provided by the vehicle manufacturer. This results in a perfect fit compared to universal clamping systems – without drilling.
The mounting points are located under the plastic covers on the roof. The covers are removed and the mounting feet are screwed in place. Installation instructions are available in the "Technical Details" section.
