Installation and fastening of the airline rail
The Corner Profile Light rail is delivered undrilled, offering maximum flexibility during installation. Depending on the intended use, several fastening options are available.
Fastening types
- Adhesive bonding, e.g., with Sikaflex 554
- Screwing with M5 countersunk screws (minimum strength 10.9)
- Drilling your own holes in the desired positions
When screwing, the countersunk screws should be placed at a distance of 75 mm. Where nuts and washers cannot be used, rivet nuts or anchor nuts are recommended. Incorrectly placed screws or protruding heads can restrict the use of end fittings and slot nuts.
The respective user is responsible for proper installation and the resulting loads.
