Assembly & fastening of the airline rail
The Corner Profile Light rail is delivered undrilled, offering maximum flexibility during installation. Depending on the vehicle and intended use, several fastening options are available.
Possible fastening methods
- Bonding with Sikaflex 554
- Screwing with M5 countersunk screws (strength 10.9)
- Drilling your own holes in the desired positions
Important: When screwing, the countersunk screws should be placed at intervals of 75 mm. Where washers and nuts cannot be mounted, rivet nuts or anchor nuts are recommended. Improper fastening can restrict the use of end fittings or slot nuts.
Load capacity & quality
