The airline rail can be used as a base profile under 12 mm thick milled screen printing bases or as a ceiling rail in the direction of travel.
Since the distance between the ceiling crossbars in transporters is very large, the airline rail must be particularly well secured at these points. The strong flat profile is rigid and can be fastened to the wings and in the middle of the rail with rivets or screws. This provides three points for fastening to a crossbar.
With this airline rail and the matching locking bars, load securing can be created for goods to be loaded vertically, such as windows or wooden panels.
The flat profile can be screwed, riveted, or glued.
Thanks to the wide flanges and the associated possibility of fastening on the outside and inside and in the airline grid with screws or rivets, any forces that occur can be distributed evenly over a larger area.
This results in a higher possible tensile load.
The airline rail as a flat profile is not pre-drilled and can therefore be glued with Sikaflex 252, for example, on the outside and inside, or drilled at the desired points.
