Cargo area linings & van floors for panel vans and transporters

Professional cargo area protection is the best investment you can make to protect your van or transporter from wear and tear, damage, and loss of value in the long term. In this category, you will find precisely milled cargo area linings, robust transporter floors, practical wheel arch linings, and window protection grilles for various vehicle models. Our products are optimally tailored to the requirements of everyday use and combine durability with functionality.

Interior trim for vans

Our interior linings are made of high-quality materials and are specially designed to withstand the stresses of everyday work. Our 4 mm thick thermoplastic honeycomb panels are particularly popular. They are flexible, food-safe, corrosion-free, and fully recyclable. They also impress with their acoustic and thermal insulation, which significantly improves driving comfort.

As an alternative, we offer plywood paneling. These are available in 4 mm thickness with a gray, moisture-resistant coating or as an inexpensive uncoated version – ideal for converting motorhomes or panel vans. For even greater stability, 6.5 mm thick plywood paneling is also available, again with a choice of coated or uncoated.

Transporter floors made of plywood or plastic

A sturdy transporter floor is essential for protecting the loading area and creating a safe working environment. We stock birch plywood floors in 9 mm and 12 mm thicknesses, available in either brown or gray. Our screen-printed floors have a non-slip surface that helps secure the load – without the need for additional anti-slip mats. Thanks to weather-resistant gluing in accordance with DIN 68705, these floors are particularly durable.

In addition to wood variants, we also offer plastic loading floors made of polypropylene. These are available in three versions:

  • 9 mm loading floor – ideal for transporting goods
  • 12 mm loading floor – perfect for installing vehicle modules (e.g., in service vehicles)
  • 10 mm hollow chamber floor – with approx. 50% weight savings compared to plywood, ideal for increased payload

All transporter floors are precision-milled and are usually delivered in several parts to enable easy installation, even in modern vehicles.

Wheel arch liners for additional protection

The wheel arches are among the most heavily used areas in the cargo area. Our wheel arch liners made of 3 mm thick ABS plastic are particularly durable and provide reliable protection against impacts and damage. Alternatively, 12 mm plywood wheel arch liners are also available, which offer additional protection and integrate seamlessly with the rest of the cargo area lining.

Window guards for security and theft protection

Our window protection grilles made of black powder-coated perforated steel sheet serve both as theft protection and privacy protection from the outside. They are firmly screwed to the vehicle and thus offer a particularly stable and durable solution to protect your cargo.

Your advantage – quality that impresses

  • Precisely tailored for many van and panel van models
  • Robust materials: ABS plastic, plywood, polypropylene
  • Protection against damage, moisture, and wear
  • Optimized load securing thanks to non-slip surfaces
  • Long service life with minimal maintenance
  • Additional safety thanks to window protection grilles

With our extensive range of cargo area linings, van floors, and accessories, you can find the right protection for almost any vehicle. This not only keeps your van in perfect condition for longer, but also ensures it remains safe and efficient in everyday use.

Frequently asked questions about cargo area linings, van floors, wheel arch protection, and window protection

High-quality cargo area lining provides your van or panel van with lasting protection against wear, moisture, and damage. Here we answer the most important questions about linings, cargo floors, wheel arch protection, and window protection grilles—so you can find the optimal solution for your vehicle.

What materials are available – and how do they differ in terms of protection, insulation, and durability?

For cargo area linings, we use robust ABS plastic, thermoplastic honeycomb panels (hollow chamber) and birch plywood. ABS is impact-resistant and corrosion-free, thermoplastic honeycomb panels are very light, moisture-resistant and fully recyclable, while plywood offers particularly good sound insulation properties thanks to its solid structure. Plastic linings are also resistant to common chemicals, oil, and brake fluid – ideal for service vehicles and continuous commercial use. Due to its material density, plywood provides a noticeable reduction in driving noise and vibrations and creates a smooth, stable surface.

Van floors: slip-resistant, wood or plastic – which is right for my application?

Our screen-printed floors made of birch plywood have a slip-resistant surface as standard – this increases safety when securing loads. Plastic floors score points for their low weight, moisture resistance, and easy cleaning. Hollow chamber floors in particular save up to ~50% in weight compared to plywood, thus creating more payload reserve. Depending on the application, additional anti-slip mats may be useful, for example for heavy or slippery loads. If you are looking for maximum payload and ease of care, choose plastic; if you prefer very quiet noise behavior and high stability, screen-printed plywood is the right choice.

Will the paneling fit in my vehicle—and can I install it myself?

Yes. Our paneling and floors are CNC-milled for a perfect fit and are designed to fit many common van and panel van models. This allows for easy installation without time-consuming reworking. The elements are usually delivered in several parts and can be installed yourself with a little manual skill. An installation kit is included; depending on the design, self-tapping screws are used to ensure a secure, rattle-free connection. If you prefer professional service, you can of course have the installation carried out in a specialist workshop.

How do I protect wheel arches and windows – and do grilles also offer protection against break-ins?

Wheel arches are covered with ABS plastic or 12 mm plywood, depending on the load. Both variants fit seamlessly into the rest of the cargo area paneling and provide reliable protection against impacts, dents, and scratches. For the windows, we recommend window protection grilles made of powder-coated perforated steel sheet. These serve as privacy screens, prevent the window from being smashed quickly, and increase burglary resistance. The grilles are securely screwed in place, making them particularly stable and durable – ideal for valuable tools or sensitive cargo.

Does cargo area paneling improve noise insulation – even in the cab?

Yes. Thermoplastic honeycomb panels and plywood paneling have a sound-insulating effect and reduce noise and vibrations in the cargo area. This is also noticeable in the cab: conversations are more pleasant, navigation announcements are easier to understand, and long journeys are less tiring. If you want additional insulation, you can install supplementary insulation materials between the cross members or behind the panels – this increases both comfort and temperature stability.

Is the paneling also suitable for camper/motorhome conversions and off-road use?

Absolutely. Uncoated plywood paneling is ideal for felting or carpet covering, creating a cozy, clean interior in your camper. Plastic solutions are particularly lightweight, easy to care for, and resistant to moisture – ideal for outdoor tours and off-road use. In both cases, you benefit from protection, stability, and better insulation. Tip: If you're dealing with frequent contact with moisture or dirt, hollow chamber panels and powder-coated window grilles are the most durable and easy-to-maintain combination.
