Design and scope of delivery of the chequered plate cargo area lining
The aluminum cargo area paneling is supplied for the wall surfaces specified by the vehicle manufacturer. The scope of delivery includes all side wall paneling, the side door paneling, the cutout for the side door window, and the lower cutouts for the rear doors. A small paneling is also available as an option, only for the upper window sections.
The corrugated aluminum sheet used has a material thickness of 1.5 to 2.0 mm and is particularly light, weighing only approx. 4.3 kg/m². At the same time, it offers high resistance to mechanical stress, such as that encountered in daily loading operations.
The material is resistant to chemicals, water, and moisture, making it ideal for long-term use in commercial environments. In addition, the aluminum is 100% recyclable.
The complete mounting kit is included in the scope of delivery. Installation is independent of the vehicle's original mounting points.
Important note:
The cargo area trim is not suitable for station wagons with seat rails or double cabs. For use with panel vans only.
