Welded aluminum roof rack with integrated walkway
The roof rack for the Opel Vivaro-C from model year 2019 onwards consists of welded base elements and is therefore particularly stable.
The aluminum makes the roof rack particularly durable and protects it against corrosion.
The centrally positioned walkway is flush-mounted in the roof rack. This allows the load to be perfectly secured on both sides of the roof basket.
The scope of delivery includes the integrated walkway, front spoiler, loading roller, and mounting kit for attachment.
The roof rack is supplied in two parts.
The height between the vehicle roof and the upper edge of the roof rack is 240 mm. An extendable ladder, a rear door ladder, ladder
clamps, and transport tubes are available as optional extras.

Extensions and optional accessories for aluminum roof racks
The following optional accessories can be ordered for this roof rack.
The extendable ladder is attached directly under the existing walkway. It does not put any strain on the tailgate and is also suitable for loads of up to 150 kg. Depending on the
type, it weighs between 20 and 24 kg and has a step width of 466 mm.
For taller transporters, such as four-wheel drive vehicles or double-axle panel vans, you will need the RESP4500 extension.
The aluminum tailgate ladder is clamped onto the vehicle door. Permanent mounting with screws is not necessary. This is particularly interesting for leased vehicles. The steps are non-slip and therefore safe even in bad weather.
Note: Rear door ladders are only suitable for vehicles with rear doors (hinged doors).

The lockable
transport tube is an aerodynamic loading tube for transporting long goods on the roof rack.
These are one-piece and available in lengths of 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 meters.
The plastic end caps with profile enable minimal air resistance and a modern appearance.
The aluminum construction offers high stability with low weight.
The transport tube has an extension system that allows shorter items to be loaded.
