Features of the anti-slip floor mat
The anti-slip mat for the Ford Transit Custom consists of a 3 mm thick styrene-butadiene rubber mat (SBR). The material is REACH-compliant and designed for professional vehicle use.
The surface is additionally perforated to make it slip-resistant. However, the mat is not certified as an anti-slip mat for securing loads. A tested slip friction value has not been determined.
SBR rubber mats are shock-absorbing, sound-absorbing, non-slip, and offer very good insulating properties.
Suitable areas of application and material information
The SBR rubber mat is resistant to water, air, dry and wet chemicals, organic acids, alcohol, ketones, and aldehydes.
The material is not suitable for contact with acids, ozone, fats, oils, lubricants, and most fuels.
Important note: Due to possible odor formation, the anti-slip floor mat is not suitable for motorhomes, vans without partitions, or vehicles used for food transport.
