Material variants & properties of the cargo area lining

Depending on the area of application, there are two types of material to choose from: the lightweight and durable 4 mm plastic honeycomb profile and the sturdy 4 mm multiplex plywood. Both variants are precision CNC-milled and precisely adapted to the contours of the Partner L1. While plywood provides a solid base for further coatings, the plastic honeycomb profile is particularly impressive due to its moisture resistance and low weight.

Lightweight, durable, and easy to clean

The rear walls are resistant to many common chemicals and can be cleaned effortlessly. With a weight of only 2.7 kg/m² for plywood and 1.5 kg/m² for honeycomb material, the transporter remains light and efficient despite the additional cladding.

Assembly, scope of delivery, and practical advantages

The scope of delivery includes the upper wall areas, including the cut-out for the side door windows. The installation kit is already included, so installation can begin immediately. Fastening is done with self-tapping screws without using the original vehicle points. This creates a clean, professional finish that blends perfectly into the vehicle structure.
