Headliner for Ford Transit Custom with long wheelbase

Precisely fitting CNC-milled headliner made of 4 mm thick gray plastic honeycomb profile or 4 mm light gray coated or uncoated birch plywood, for the Ford Transit Custom from model year 2024 onwards.

The headliner protects the interior from damage and heat loss and reduces driving noise.

Suitable for wheelbase L2 and roof height H1 with the following vehicle dimensions:

Design and properties of the roof lining for Ford Transporter

The polypropylene plastic panels are resistant to most common chemicals and easy to clean.
The dead weight is 2.7 kg/m² for 4 mm plywood panels and 1.5 kg/m² for 4 mm plastic honeycomb panels. Uncoated

plywood is suitable for coating with fabrics or felt. The flexible but stable plastic honeycomb profile or the gray-coated plywood, which is resistant to moisture, is recommended for protecting the cargo area.

The mounting kit is included in the scope of delivery.
