Roof lining Headliner for Renault Express

Precisely fitting CNC-milled roof lining made of 4 mm thick gray plastic honeycomb profile or 4 mm light gray coated or uncoated birch plywood, for Renault Express models built in 2021 or later.

The roof lining protects the interior from damage and heat loss and reduces driving noise.

For Renault Express models with the following dimensions:

Design and properties of the roof lining

The polypropylene plastic panels are resistant to most common chemicals and easy to clean.
The dead weight is 2.7 kg/m² for 4 mm plywood panels and 1.5 kg/m² for 4 mm plastic honeycomb panels. Uncoated

plywood is suitable for coating with fabric or felt. The flexible but sturdy plastic honeycomb profile or the gray moisture-resistant coated plywood is recommended for protecting the cargo area.

The mounting kit is included in the scope of delivery.
