Black roof rack for Citroën Berlingo III from 2019 – wheelbase L1
The roof rack is made of powder-coated steel and has an elegant black finish that perfectly matches the modern lines of the Berlingo III. Its sturdy construction makes the system ideal for commercial users who transport tools, pipes, ladders, or bulky goods on a daily basis.
The scope of delivery includes all mounting feet for installation at the factory-fitted fixing points on the roof, as well as a matching front spoiler to reduce driving noise and wind turbulence. Installation takes an average of only about 45 minutes with two people.

High-quality workmanship and durable steel construction
The roof rack is made of robust, powder-coated steel and is therefore optimally protected against corrosion. The special surface treatment ensures that the rack remains rust-free when used properly. The manufacturer offers a two-year corrosion protection warranty against rusting through.
The aerodynamically optimized shape helps to reduce wind noise and fuel consumption. The intelligent mounting system allows the crossbars to be flexibly positioned as desired. The system is designed for intensive commercial use and offers high stability – ideal for tradespeople, construction companies, or service fleets.
Load capacity and possible uses
The roof load approved by the vehicle manufacturer is 100 kg. However, the tested load capacity of the roof rack system is up to 180 kg – a significant increase for demanding applications.
Please note: The permissible roof load of the vehicle must not be exceeded.
Expandable accessories for maximum flexibility
The roof rack can be supplemented with a wide range of accessories – even from other manufacturers, such as Rhino Products components. This allows the rack to be adapted precisely to the individual application.
Load restraints (limiters)
Four 10 cm high limiters prevent the load from slipping. In addition, lashing straps can be attached to them to secure the load in a form-fitting manner.
Ladder holder
The ladder holder allows ladders to be attached quickly and securely without additional lashing. Ladders with up to 4 sections can be transported.
Dead weight: 2.5 kg.
Loading roller / ladder roller
Makes it easier to load and unload long goods from the rear. Only suitable for vehicles with wing doors!
Transport tube
Ideal for long goods such as roof battens, copper or aluminum pipes. Available in 2 m, 3 m, and 4 m lengths. Alternatively, the Rhino transport tube can also be mounted up to a length of 5 m.
Walkway
The walkway allows safe access to the roof rack – practical for vehicle maintenance, cleaning work, or frequent loading and unloading. It is easily mounted on the crossbars using clamps.
Installation of the roof rack
The roof rack is installed directly on the fixing points provided by the vehicle manufacturer. To do this, first remove the plastic covers on the vehicle roof. Then mount the mounting feet on the roof rack and screw them to the fixing points. The complete installation plan can be found under "Technical Details."
The entire installation takes about 45 minutes with two people.
