The window protection grille is made of sturdy steel tubing with perforated steel sheet.
The surface is powder-coated in black.

Installation of the window protection grilles

The window protection grille for the Opel Vivaro-C is manufactured to fit the tailgate perfectly ex works.
The mounting points on the window protection grille must be bent to match the door frame at the perforated points.
Don't worry, bending them is child's play.
Before installation, the points for the drill holes must be marked. Then drill the holes in the door frame. Stick
the felt strip provided onto the bent areas. This prevents noise transmission and vibrations in the vehicle interior.
Please clean the windows before finally installing the window grilles.
The last step is to screw the window guard in place using the screws provided.
