The Opel Movano C from 2022 onwards introduced a new generation of Opel's large commercial van. With a change of vehicle generation, checking the exact model is particularly important because vehicle-specific cargo area components can differ significantly from those used in previous versions.
This set of two vehicle-specific wheel arch covers made from 3 mm ABS plastic is designed for the Opel Movano C and provides additional protection for the left and right wheel arches against direct contact with toolboxes, transport containers, parcels and other cargo.
Do these wheel arch covers fit the Opel Movano C from 2022?
In short: Yes. This set is designed for the Opel Movano C from 2022 onwards. It includes two wheel arch covers for the left and right sides, made from 3 mm flexible and UV-resistant ABS plastic. Depending on the installation situation, the covers can be clamped, screwed or bonded in place.
Important when identifying your vehicle:
This product is designed for the Opel Movano C from 2022 onwards. For earlier Movano generations, the correct wheel arch covers should be checked separately.
New Movano generation – different vehicle compatibility
The name “Movano” has been used across several vehicle generations. When selecting vehicle-specific cargo area accessories, the model name alone is therefore not enough.
With the Movano C from 2022 onwards, the vehicle moved to a different technical platform. The correct generation should therefore always be taken into account when choosing wheel arch protection.
For this product, the key compatibility points are:
-
Opel Movano C
-
from 2022 onwards
-
vehicle-specific version for this generation
Wheel arch protection for a large working and delivery van
The Movano C is often used wherever substantial amounts of tools, materials or cargo need to be transported. In a large commercial van, the wheel arches can become regular contact points because they project into the usable cargo space.
The ABS covers are fitted over the existing wheel arches and create an additional protective layer between the vehicle area and the transported goods.
This can be particularly useful for:
-
Trade and installation vans
-
Courier and delivery vehicles
-
Service and maintenance vans
-
Fleet vehicles
-
Commercial vehicles with an existing cargo area conversion
3 mm ABS plastic for the left and right wheel arches
The wheel arch covers are made from 3 mm ABS plastic. The material is flexible and UV-resistant and is formed specifically to cover the two wheel arches.
The set includes two covers – one for the left and one for the right wheel arch.
Wheel arch protection can complement other interior lining but does not replace a cargo floor or side wall lining and does not perform any load-securing function.

Add targeted protection to an existing Movano cargo area
The wheel arch covers can also be used as an addition to existing interior lining.
If a cargo floor or side wall lining has already been installed, the wheel arches may still remain exposed. In this situation, the covers can provide targeted additional protection without necessarily replacing the complete cargo area conversion.
When planning a new vehicle conversion, it can be useful to consider the wheel arch covers, cargo floor and side wall lining together from the beginning.
Installation to suit the existing cargo area conversion
Depending on the interior configuration, the wheel arch covers can be installed by clamping, screwing or bonding.
The most suitable method depends on which interior panels or permanent fittings are already installed. With shelving, floor panels or wall lining in particular, it is worth checking beforehand how the wheel arch covers can be integrated cleanly into the existing conversion.
Installation note:
The required installation hardware is not included. Fixings or adhesive must be selected to suit the chosen installation method and the existing interior equipment.
Practical tip: don't identify your Movano by name alone
The Opel Movano name has been used for several vehicle generations, which can easily cause confusion when selecting vehicle-specific accessories.
Before ordering, make sure that your vehicle is actually an Opel Movano C from 2022 onwards.
