When choosing the correct wheel arch covers for a Mercedes Sprinter from 2018 onwards, the vehicle model alone is not enough. The drivetrain must also be taken into account. This set is specifically designed for the Mercedes Sprinter W910 with front-wheel drive (FWD).
The set includes two vehicle-specific wheel arch covers made from 3 mm ABS plastic for the left and right wheel arches. The plastic covers provide additional protection for these projecting areas of the cargo compartment against direct contact with toolboxes, transport containers and other cargo.
Which wheel arch covers fit the Sprinter W910 with front-wheel drive?
In short: This set is designed for the Mercedes Sprinter W910 from 2018 onwards with front-wheel drive (FWD). It is not suitable for the Sprinter W906 or W907 with rear-wheel drive. The set includes two covers made from 3 mm flexible and UV-resistant ABS plastic for the left and right wheel arches.
W907 or W910 – why the drivetrain matters
From the outside, both vehicles carry the Mercedes Sprinter name. For certain vehicle-specific cargo area components, however, that information alone is not enough.
For Sprinter models from 2018 onwards, this wheel arch cover requires a distinction between the W907 with rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive and the W910 with front-wheel drive. Different vehicle-specific wheel arch covers are required for these versions.
Which Sprinter version fits these wheel arch covers?

Especially with a Sprinter from 2018 onwards, it is therefore important to check the exact vehicle version and drivetrain before ordering.
Targeted protection for wheel arches in a working van
The wheel arches project into the cargo compartment, making them areas where cargo can easily come into contact with the vehicle during everyday use.
In a commercially used Sprinter, this may include toolboxes, machines, parcels, spare parts or transport containers. The ABS covers fit over the existing wheel arches and create an additional protective layer.
This provides targeted protection for the wheel arch areas without necessarily requiring a completely new interior lining throughout the vehicle.
3 mm ABS plastic for the left and right wheel arches
The wheel arch covers are made from 3 mm ABS plastic. The material is flexible and UV-resistant and is fitted as a shaped cover over the existing wheel arches.
The set includes two wheel arch covers, allowing both the left and right sides of the vehicle to be protected.
The wheel arch covers can be used on their own or combined with other cargo area protection components.

Add wheel arch protection to an existing cargo area conversion
The wheel arch covers are not limited to completely new cargo area conversions. They can also be fitted as an addition to existing interior lining.
If a cargo floor is already installed or the side walls are already protected, the wheel arch covers can be added separately, provided that the existing installation allows sufficient access.
For a new conversion, it can be useful to plan the cargo floor, side wall lining and wheel arch protection together so that the transitions between the individual components can be considered from the start.
Installation by clamping, screwing or bonding
Depending on the existing interior conversion and the individual installation situation, the wheel arch covers can be fitted by clamping, screwing or bonding.
The fixing method should be selected to suit the individual vehicle conversion. If floor panels, wall lining or other vehicle equipment are already installed, check the adjoining areas before final installation.
Installation note:
The required installation hardware is not included. Fixings or adhesive must be selected to suit the intended installation method and the individual installation situation.
Practical tip: identify the drivetrain first
Do not select these wheel arch covers simply on the basis of “Mercedes Sprinter from 2018”. For this product, the W910 front-wheel-drive version is the decisive compatibility criterion.
If you drive a Sprinter W907 with rear-wheel drive, you will need the wheel arch covers designed for that vehicle version instead.
The drivetrain may sound like a small technical detail, but for this product it determines which wheel arch covers are actually the correct ones.
