The aluminum roof rack for the VW T5, VW T6, and VW T6.1 is the ideal solution if you need additional storage space on the roof of your vehicle. Made from high-quality aluminum, the roof rack is ideal for vehicles with a 3,000 mm wheelbase and is suitable for both daily commercial use and privately used vans.
The integrated loading roller makes loading and unloading pipes, slats, ladders, or other long items much easier. The front spoiler also reduces wind noise and contributes to lower fuel consumption.

Note: The vehicle length is listed in the vehicle registration document under item 18, the vehicle height under item 20, and the year of manufacture under item 6 (German vehicle registration document).
Important: The loading roller can only be mounted on vehicles with wing doors. It is not suitable for models with tailgates. If the vehicle has factory-fitted roof rails, these must be removed before installation.

Load restraints/limiters: 10 cm high limiters prevent cargo from slipping and provide attachment options for lashing straps.

Transport tube: ideal for long goods such as copper pipes or roof battens, available in 2 m, 3 m, and 4 m lengths, lockable end caps.

Load capacity & load-bearing capacity
The vehicle manufacturer's permissible roof load is 150 kg. The tested load capacity of the roof rack itself is up to 180 kg.
For secure mounting, 8 brackets are used for the short wheelbase.
Installation of the Cruz roof rack
Installation is carried out using the original fixing points in the vehicle roof. The fixing points to which the feet of the roof rack are screwed are located under the visible plastic caps. The roof rack is delivered pre-assembled, so installation can be carried out by two people in around 45 minutes.
