The tensioning strap has an ETA value of ≥ 0.5 and an elongation of ≤ 0.4 percent, thus meeting the latest requirements for car transport straps according to TÜV-SÜD and VDI 2700 Sheet 8.1, which has been valid since September 1, 2024.
With a total length of 3 meters, a strap width of 35 mm, three single-finger hooks, and a 1.10 m long controller, the lashing strap is ideal for professional vehicle transport on trailers and semi-trailers.
How it works for car transport
The integrated loop is guided over the wheel and then lashed down with the ratchet. The controller with its distinctive profile ensures a high coefficient of friction between the tire and the webbing, which significantly reduces the required pre-tensioning force.
Thanks to the three single-finger hooks, the lashing strap can be used flexibly in lashing troughs as well as on perforated trailer floors. The swivel hook directly on the ratchet prevents the strap from twisting and facilitates installation in confined spaces.
