Cargo area paneling for the Ford Transit Courier II
CNC-milled side panel lining made of 4 mm thick plastic honeycomb profile and 4 mm coated or uncoated birch plywood, for Ford Transit Courier II from model year 2024 onwards.
The scope of the lining consists of the upper lining parts in the window area (see drawing).

Design and scope of delivery of the cargo area trim
The interior trim is delivered to the upper window areas specified by the vehicle manufacturer.
The coating is resistant to most common chemicals and easy to clean.
The dead weight is 2.7 kg/m² for 4 mm plywood panels and 1.5 kg/m² for 4 mm plastic honeycomb panels.
Uncoated plywood is suitable for coating with fabrics or felt. The flexible but sturdy plastic honeycomb profile or the moisture-resistant gray-coated plywood is recommended for protecting the cargo area.
The mounting kit is included in the scope of delivery.
Mounting is done with self-tapping screws.
The original fastening points are not taken into account during installation.
