Fully automatic side step for Ford Transit Custom
The fully automatic step for the Ford Custom from model year 2024 onwards is encased in a robust and corrosion-free stainless steel cassette.
The motor is also located in the stainless steel cassette, protecting it from dirt and water.
By installing the motor in the cassette, the height of the step could be reduced. Ground clearance is only minimally affected.
The step extends automatically when the sliding door is opened and retracts fully automatically under the vehicle when it is closed.
The step is not suitable for hybrid vehicles! The step
can also be mounted on the sliding door on the driver's or passenger's side. Please check in advance that there are no special features, such as air conditioning pipes or similar, under the sliding door on the driver's side.
