Description

The stainless steel roof rack base – 75 mm high – is the perfect foundation for mounting individual roof rack systems on your vehicle. With its trowalized stainless steel surface, it not only offers a modern look, but also maximum stability, corrosion resistance, and durability – ideal for use on airline rails with a wide range of possible combinations.

Easy to install & flexible – for customized roof rack systems

The roof rack base is securely attached to airline rails with V2A screw fittings or M8 lashing rail nuts. Thanks to the pre-drilled holes spaced 75 mm apart, a precise and stable installation is guaranteed. System profiles or our crossbars can then be attached to the mounted roof bases, allowing you to assemble a roof rack according to your individual requirements.

The 75 mm height from the top edge of the airline rail to the top edge of the roof base ensures sufficient space and even roof guidance. With its 90° angle, the stainless steel base is particularly suitable for vehicles with a straight roof profile such as the VW T5, T6, T6.1, Fiat Ducato, Citroën Jumper, Peugeot Boxer, and many other vans.

The following components are required to create a stable cross connection between airline rails, roof rack bases, and crossbars:

1x crossbar (length can be selected as required)
2x T-slot nuts 2xM6 (item no. 102335)
4x M8 lashing rail nuts + stainless steel screws or 4x V2A screw fittings
2x roof rack feet

Note: One roof rack foot is included in the scope of delivery. Two roof feet per side are required for a complete cross connection.
