Transporter floor for MAN TGE and VW Crafter - L5 - extra long
Precisely fitting CNC-milled transporter floor for VW Crafter and MAN TGE from model year 03/2017 onwards, with wheelbase - L5.
The floor panel is available in either 9 or 12 mm thickness and in gray, brown, black, or granite look.
The van floor is made of high-quality, weatherproof glued multiplex material.

MAN TGE floor panel versions
The floor is supplied as standard with aluminum edge protection on the cargo compartment doors.
The transporter floor is supplied in 3 parts.
The screen-printed floor is phenolic resin bonded in accordance with EN 312-2/Class 3.
The coating is resistant to most common chemicals and easy to clean.
The dead weight is 6.8 kg/m² for 9 mm panels and 8.2 kg/m² for 12 mm floor panels.

Fastening the floor panel
The floor is laid out from front to rear in the vehicle. The panels are connected using screws, which are barely noticeable after installation and do not interfere with anything.
The lashing recesses included in the scope of delivery are positioned in the designated holes and tightened with the original lashing eyes from the vehicle. In wide vehicles, such as the Fiat Ducato or similar, a light adhesive can also be applied between the body and the floor panel in the middle to prevent vibrations.
Airline rails for the floor panel
Optionally, airline rails can be ordered under the roof crossbars (vehicle roof rails), transverse to the direction of travel, each with a length of 1.20 meters. The floor panel is milled to fit precisely and the airline rails are glued in place.
These airline rails are ideal for securing loads with locking bars.
The airline rails can only be installed in vehicle floors with a thickness of 12 mm!

Note: The floor panel does not fit in station wagons with seat rails or double cab vehicles! Only for panel vans!
Transporter floor 9 and 12 mm with brown and gray screen-printed surface
The 9 and 12 mm thick floor panels in brown and gray are made of durable Finnish plywood and have a long-lasting anti-slip coating.
The slip-resistant pattern on the surface is applied to the film coating of the plywood panel using a hot pressing process.
The coating on the surface is wear-resistant, slip-resistant (not an anti-slip coating!), moisture-resistant, has a high load-bearing capacity, and is environmentally friendly.
The granite-look base plate has a very modern appearance and is resistant to dirt.
Anti-slip floor with ribbed look - gray
Our low-wear and elastic plywood floors are manufactured exclusively with a thickness of 12 mm.
The slip-resistant coating is hygienic and easy to clean. The elastic and durable surface additionally protects the plywood from moisture.
The anti-slip floor is also very decorative and stands out visually from standard floor panels.
Anti-slip floor with black anti-slip coating
The black anti-slip floor offers a slip-resistant surface with a sliding friction coefficient of up to 0.67µ.
The uneven structure supports the anti-slip properties and visually resembles the rhino coating on pickup surfaces.
