The retractable airline rail is the perfect solution for space-saving, flat mounting in thin floor panels.
With a length of 1 meter, this lashing rail is particularly suitable for use in vans or flatbed trucks.
The airline rail Light can be easily integrated into the floor without creating annoying edges or height differences.
Thanks to its compact design and special wings on the sides, the airline rail offers a seamless transition to the floor panel and is particularly suitable for flat installation.
It can be recessed transversely to the direction of travel under the roof crossbars of a van, allowing optimal use of the cargo space.
We recommend the semi-circular Airline Rail Light as a counterpart to the roof crossbar.
In conjunction with locking bars, this design allows the securing of piece goods such as windows or wooden panels and similar loads that need to be transported vertically.
The rail is compatible with Single Stud, Automotive, and Double Stud fittings in accordance with DIN 75410, ISO 27955, and ISO 27956.
With the Quattro Stud fitting, the lashing rail achieves a load capacity of up to 1000 daN in accordance with DIN EN 12640.
The matching end cap (item number: 102521502) is available as an option to complete the Airline rail and securely close the open ends.

Installation instructions and recommendations
The
Light airline rail is usually fastened with
M5 countersunk screws. Please note that the use of rivets or other screw heads makes it difficult to install end fittings or slotted nuts. To seal the
vehicle floor after installation, we recommend using
stone chip and underbody protection.
Fastening to the substrate should be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. Screws with a strength of at least 10.9, self-locking nuts, and washers must be used for installation.
