Made from high-quality EN AW 6082 T6 aluminum, the 0.75 m Light rail combines low weight with high stability. The semi-circular profile allows for very clean integration into the vehicle interior without protruding edges or annoying transitions. Ideal for applications where appearance and function are equally important. The matching end caps further round off the design.
A special feature of the Light series are the grooves on both sides of the underside, which facilitate adhesive mounting. They catch excess adhesive and ensure a flat, durable connection – perfect for sandwich panels, GRP walls, or lightweight modules in the camper sector. The rail is delivered undrilled and can therefore be drilled flexibly or glued over the entire surface.

Installation recommendations for the 0.75 m light rail
The rail can be screwed or glued in place. High-strength M5 countersunk screws (minimum 10.9) are suitable for screw mounting. For adhesive mounting, construction adhesives such as Sikaflex 554 are recommended – the grooves on the underside of the rail facilitate particularly clean processing.
Important: Protruding screw or rivet heads should be avoided at all costs so that airline fittings can run freely in the rail.
