Despite its compact dimensions, it impresses with its high stability and versatile application options. It is ideal for narrow profiles or surfaces where there is no room for a conventional 44 mm rail.
Flexible mounting – gluing, riveting, or screwing
The 50 cm long airline rail can be easily mounted on 25 mm wide profiles, such as those found in vehicle equipment from Bott or similar systems. It can also be mounted on trailer side walls, as these are usually exactly 25 mm wide. Depending on the application, the rail can be glued, screwed, or riveted. A high-quality mounting adhesive such as Sikaflex 554 is recommended for gluing.
Perfect for tight spaces – XXS corner profile airline rail
Thanks to its low height of only 9.5 mm, the airline rail can also be mounted in the smallest niches or corners. The XXS version as a corner profile is supplied undrilled so that it can be drilled or glued individually at the desired points. This makes installation completely flexible – whether in a camper, transporter, workshop vehicle, or on a small trailer.
Matching end caps available
Matching end caps are available as an option for a clean finish and additional protection. These not only ensure an attractive appearance, but also protect the edges of the rail from dirt or damage.
Note on load capacity ⚠️
The XXS airline rail is not designed for high tensile or point loads. It is not suitable for securing heavy goods such as motorcycles, pallets, or large machines. Stronger airline rails with a larger profile width should be used for these applications.
