Aluminum checker plate transporter floor for Citroen Jumper – L4 from 2006
The precisely CNC-milled transporter floor for Citroen Jumper from 2006 onwards is made of high-quality birch plywood and is coated with 1.5–2.0 mm thick aluminum checker plate. The robust surface reliably protects the vehicle floor from mechanical stress, moisture, and wear.

The base plate is available in different material thicknesses and is supplied in several parts to ensure a precise fit to the vehicle contour.
Floor panel designs with aluminum checker plate
The floor panel is available in either 9 mm or 12 mm thickness and consists of a phenolic resin-bonded screen-printed floor in accordance with EN 312-2 / Class 3. A durable aluminum checker plate with a thickness of 1.5 to 2.0 mm is applied in a quintet arrangement.
This combination ensures high load-bearing capacity and a long service life even with intensive use.
Fastening the floor panel in the vehicle
The transporter floor is laid out from front to rear in the vehicle. The individual panels are screwed together, with the screw connections barely visible after installation and not affecting the cargo space.
The lashing recesses supplied are inserted into the designated recesses and secured with the vehicle's original lashing eyes. For wide vehicles, a light adhesive can optionally be used between the body and the floor panel to minimize vibration.
Airline rails for the floor panel
Optionally, airline rails can be integrated under the roof rails across the direction of travel. The rails are each 1.20 m long and are milled and glued into the floor panel to fit perfectly.
This solution is ideal for professional load securing with locking bars. Please note that airline rails can only be embedded in 9 mm thick floor panels. Other lengths or positions are available on request.
