Aluminum checker plate transporter floor for Mercedes Sprinter - L3
Precisely fitting CNC-milled plywood transporter floor with 1.5–2.0 mm thick aluminum checker plate for your Mercedes Sprinter type 906 from 2007 onwards and MB Sprinter type 907 from 2018 onwards with rear-wheel and all-wheel drive.

Versions of the base plate with aluminum checker plate
The 9 or 12 mm thick floor panel is supplied in several parts (see drawing).
The screen-printed floor is phenolic resin bonded in accordance with EN 312-2/Class 3. An aluminum checker plate floor panel with
a thickness of 1.5 - 2.0 mm is applied to the 9 or 12 mm thick screen-printed floor.
The checker plate has a quintet arrangement.
Fastening the floor panel
The floor is laid out from the front to the rear of the vehicle. The panels are connected with screws that are barely noticeable after installation and do not interfere with anything.
The lashing recesses included in the scope of delivery are positioned in the designated holes and tightened with the original lashing eyes from the vehicle. In wide vehicles, such as the Fiat Ducato or similar, a light adhesive can also be applied between the body and the floor panel in the middle to prevent vibrations.
Airline rails for the floor panel
Optionally, airline rails can be ordered under the roof crossbars (vehicle roof rails), transverse to the direction of travel, each with a length of 1.20 meters. The floor panel is milled to fit precisely and the airline rails are glued in place.
These airline rails are ideal for securing loads with locking bars.
The airline rails can only be installed in vehicle floors with a thickness of 9 mm!
