Cargo area paneling for Ford Custom with short wheelbase - L1H2

CNC-milled side panel lining made of 4 mm thick plastic honeycomb profile or 4 mm birch plywood, for Ford Custom models built between 2013 and 2023.

Design and scope of delivery of the cargo area trim

The interior trim is delivered in the areas specified by the vehicle manufacturer, including all wall trim, side door trim, side door window cutouts, and lower rear door cutouts.

The coating is resistant to most common chemicals and easy to clean.
The dead weight is 2.7 kg/m² for 4 mm plywood panels and 1.5 kg/m² for 4 mm plastic honeycomb panels. Uncoated

plywood is suitable for coating with fabrics or felt. The flexible but stable plastic honeycomb profile or the moisture-resistant gray-coated plywood is recommended for protecting the cargo area.

The mounting kit is included in the scope of delivery.
Mounting is done with self-tapping screws.
The original mounting points are not used during installation.
