Cargo area paneling for Nissan Interstar III - L2H2

CNC-milled side panel lining made of 4 mm thick plastic honeycomb profile or 4 mm birch plywood for the third-generation Nissan Interstar, built from 11/2024 onwards.

For vehicles with L2 wheelbase and H2 high roof and the following vehicle dimensions:

Design and scope of delivery of the cargo area trim

The interior trim is delivered in the areas specified by the vehicle manufacturer, including all wall trim, side door trim, side door window cutouts, and lower rear door cutouts.

The coating is resistant to most common chemicals and easy to clean.
The dead weight is 2.7 kg/m² for 4 mm plywood panels and 1.5 kg/m² for 4 mm plastic honeycomb panels. Uncoated

plywood is suitable for coating with fabrics or felt. The flexible but stable plastic honeycomb profile or the gray moisture-coated plywood is recommended for protecting the cargo area.

The plastic paneling is supplied as a single piece for large areas, while the plywood paneling is divided in the middle and connected with the aluminum rails supplied for greater stability (see drawing).

The mounting kit is included in the scope of delivery.
Mounting is done with self-tapping screws.
The original mounting points are not used during installation.
