The 25 mm wide lashing strap is a reliable solution for securing loads in vans, trailers, and commercial vehicles. It is suitable for use with bar lashing rails and classic lashing eyes and impresses with its compact design, high pre-tensioning force, and durable workmanship. The two-piece design allows the lashing strap to be used flexibly and adapted precisely to different loading situations.
Lashing strap for load securing in accordance with DIN EN 12195-2
The lashing strap is designed for professional use in road transport and meets all the requirements of DIN EN 12195-2. The combination of high-quality polyester webbing and a robust industrial ratchet ensures that the load is securely fastened at all times – even with frequent use.
With a pre-tension force (STF) of 230 daN, the load is reliably pressed against the loading area. The webbing can withstand loads of up to 1,000 daN in strapping and has very low longitudinal expansion with only 5% elongation.
End fittings & flat hooks for rod lashing rails
The end fittings are specially designed for use in rod lashing rails and lashing eyes and enable a secure connection between the strap and the vehicle structure.
Flat hooks with safety pin
The flat hooks are suitable for rods or eyelets with a material thickness of up to 8 mm. Each hook is equipped with a spring-loaded safety pin that prevents it from accidentally coming loose while driving.
It is important that the rod or lashing eye always rests directly on the base of the hook. This is the only way to ensure that the full lashing capacity can be safely transferred.
Polyester (PES) webbing
The polyester webbing (PES) used is approved for load securing in road transport and offers high abrasion resistance and dimensional stability. The blue color of the webbing and the label clearly identifies the polyester material.
Low stretch & high load capacity
With a maximum stretch of only 5%, the pre-tension is maintained even on longer journeys. When strapped, the strap achieves a lashing force (LC) of 1,000 daN, and 500 daN under direct tension.
All safety-related information is printed on the blue label. This must be completely intact and legible at both the loose and fixed ends, otherwise the lashing strap may no longer be used.
Industrial ratchet with high pre-tensioning force
The built-in pressure ratchet is a robust industrial ratchet designed for a long service life. It achieves a preload force (STF) of 230 daN with a hand force of 50 daN.
Advantages over simple hobby ratchets
Unlike simple hobby ratchets, which often wear out or jam, this ratchet remains reliable even with regular use. Regular cleaning and light lubrication further increase its service life.

Disposal and safety instructions
Lashing straps do not have a fixed expiration date. However, they must no longer be used as soon as safety-related damage is visible.
