Retractable airline rail for securing loads
The 3-meter-long airline rail is suitable for installation in floor panels.
The surface of the wings is also milled. This allows for a clean transition to the floor panel.
Fastened with screws or rivets.
Note: If there are protruding rivet heads in the middle of the rail, it is not possible to use the end fittings!

An important point when installing an airline rail is the fastening to the substrate. Different
values are achieved depending on the condition, material composition, and thickness of the substrate surface.
We recommend that you follow the manufacturer's installation guidelines.
The screws must be set at a distance of 75 mm with a metric grid spacing of 25 mm (76.2 for 25.4 mm grid)!
Screws with a strength of at least 10.9 must be used, with self-locking nuts and washers!
For standard Airline lashing rails, M6 screws must be used! The installer of the load securing
equipment is responsible for the installation and the resulting possible load!
