Airline rail for recessing into the screen printing floor
The recessed airline rail has a flat design and can therefore also be embedded in thin floor panels.
The wings on the sides of the rail facilitate an optimal transition to the floor panel.
The airline lashing rail can be used in conjunction with the Single Stud, Automotive, and Double Stud fittings in accordance with DIN 75410, ISO 27955, and ISO 27956.
With the Quattro Stud fitting, the airline rail can even be used in accordance with DIN EN 12640 up to 1000 daN. We

The airline lashing rail can be used in conjunction with the Single Stud, Automotive, and Double Stud fittings in accordance with DIN 75410, ISO 27955, and ISO 27956.

The above permissible load capacities are achieved under the following conditions:
An important point when installing an airline rail is the fastening to the substrate.
Depending on the nature, material composition, and thickness of the substrate surface, different values are achieved.
We recommend that you follow the manufacturer's installation guidelines.
The screws must be set at a distance of 75 mm with a metric grid spacing of 25 mm (76.2 for 25.4 mm grid)! Screws with a strength
of at least 10.9 must be used, with self-locking nuts and washers!
Explanation of ISO and DIN standards:- ISO 29755 = lashing point standard in passenger
cars - ISO 29756 = lashing point standard
in panel vans (transporters) - DIN 75410-1 = lashing point standard on flatbed vehicles up to 3.5 t
- EN 12640 = lashing point standard on flatbed vehicles from 3.5 t
Fastening the airline rail
The airline rail as a light profile is usually fastened with M5 countersunk screws. We only recommend
riveting or fastening with other head screws to a limited extent, as the protruding rivet head or screw head makes it impossible to insert the end fittings or push through the slot nuts.
To seal the vehicle floor after installing the airline rail floor profile, we recommend using stone chip and underbody protection. The installer of the load securing
aids is responsible for the installation and the resulting possible load!
