New accessories such as fittings and end fittings for the airline rail
Especially for the off-road sector, there is a special nut made of V4A stainless steel which, as an alternative to the sliding block, does not have to be inserted into the airline rail from the side, but can be fastened directly into the rail from above. This is a particular advantage for airline rails that are already permanently installed and recessed.
Due to the special shape, the nut jams in the rail grid. An overlying stainless steel clip gives the nut additional hold.
The lashing rail nut is supplied with an M8 internal thread.
The KERL 500 fitting made of V2A stainless steel is also new. This end fitting is also designed for special requirements, such as off-road or other outdoor applications. As with the standard Kerl 500, the load capacity is also 500 daN. The end fitting is rattle-free thanks to its very tight fit in the airline rail.
The Buttler end fitting is a special fitting for the airline rail. The fitting is based on the Kerl 500 and has a large hook instead of the bracket.
A wide variety of tools, brooms and clothes hangers can be attached to the hook. As the Kerl 500 sits very firmly in the rail and does not rattle, it is particularly suitable for vehicles without a partition wall and for motorhomes. With a load capacity of 50 daN, even somewhat heavier objects can be attached.
Black end caps are now available for all airline rail profiles. The newly designed end caps no longer need to be screwed in, but are simply pushed onto the ends of the lashing rail and clamp there automatically. The old screw-on end caps will be sold off and then removed from the range.

Electric side steps
Our range of electric side steps for vans and panel vans has been extensively expanded
. You will find the right step for almost all vehicles in the Sprinter or T5 class.
There are various sizes and load capacities to choose from.
Depending on their design, the fully automatic side steps can be used in various areas, such as for transporting the sick and disabled or for shuttle cabs.
The SCE series is suitable for particularly tough applications in cold areas with high levels of dirt and sand deposits. Thanks to a swivel mechanism and a powerful drive, the step is indestructible. With a load capacity of 500 kg, the side step is particularly interesting for military use, but also for energy companies operating in rough terrain.
The TCE series offers a wide tread and a high load capacity of 400 kg.
Thanks to the large access to the vehicle, several people can get in at the same time.
The other steps also offer certain advantages, depending on the area of application.
For example, the stainless steel-coated ESE series has a flat base and is therefore ideal for city traffic and frequent kerb driving.

Truck lashing straps are now available at wholesale prices
The standard truck lashing strap with a length of 8 meters and a load capacity of up to 5,000 daN is now available at a price of 9.90 euros including VAT. In a pack of 10 even for only 8.90 euros and the pallet with 320 pieces for only 8 euros per piece!
With a long lever ratchet and a pre-tensioning force of 500 daN, the tensioning strap is available for 12.90 euros.

Tensioning boards with 1,000 daN blocking force
Tensioning boards are now available in two additional sizes
. The PAT 1000 - 2 from allsafe Jungfalk is a two-part tensioning board and offers a blocking force of 1,000 daN.
The intermediate wall fasteners are available in the sizes 1,830 - 2,060 mm and 2,060 - 2,290 mm.
With these adjustment ranges, the clamping boards are also available for vehicles with a flatbed, such as the VW T5 or the MB Sprinter.
Before ordering, you should take the dimensions directly from the flatbed, as there are no fixed dimensions for the vehicles.
For example, the standard flatbed width of the Mercedes Sprinter varies from 2.03 - 2.13 meters.

Lashing strap with double-pointed hooks 6 meters
As an inexpensive alternative and for easy transport, a lashing strap with a strap width of 25 mm and a length of 6 meters is now available.
The strap can withstand 800 daN when strapped and 400 daN in direct tension.
There are double-pointed hooks at each end for hooking into lashing recesses.
Of course, this tensioning strap is also produced in Germany and TüV/GS tested.

one-piece lashing strap 6 meters - 2,000 daN
New in the range is a one-piece lashing strap in the length of 6 meters.
The 35 mm wide webbing and the tensile force of 2000 daN make it interesting for vehicles such as vans or trailers.
The tensioning strap is made in Germany and also TüV/GS tested.
As with almost all of our straps, the elongation is only 5%.

End cap for the semicircular Light airline rail
Since 28.08.2013, an end cap for the Airline rail with half-round profile has been available in the Light version.
Unlike the standard half-round profile, the end piece is clamped instead of screwed.
A clamping mechanism ensures a firm hold in the airline rail.
The end cap is currently available in the color black-anthracite.
The material is plastic as usual.

The airline rail in load securing
The Mercedes Sprinter has proven itself as a means of transportation for years. In addition to its maneuverability and good fuel consumption statistics, it is above all the storage space that convinces many freight forwarders and courier services. All types of cargo can be accommodated on the loading area and properly stowed and transported by securing the load.
The airline rail is an excellent aid here. It originally comes from the cargo holds of aircraft, where the airline rail has been used for years as an indispensable tool for securing loads.

Pressure feet for clamping beams
The rubber foot on your clamping bar is defective? No problem!
From now on, you can replace the pressure feet yourself without having to buy the entire clamping bar again.
In the online store of Kurierbedarf.com you will find replacement feet for the Sam clamping bar with 42 mm and Sam Profi with 52 mm tube diameter.
The change can be made with just a few tools.
Please note that there is a spring in the foot area to compensate for the travel movement. The spring presses on the rubber foot, making removal a little more difficult than in the head area! This should not be a problem for experienced mechanics. A new screw and a self-locking nut are required for reassembly.
The pressure feet are available in the color blue, as mounted on the original clamping bar ex works.
Attention: Please be sure to use NEW self-locking nuts size M6.
The rubber feet offered only fit allsafeJungfalk clamping bars, for the Sam and Sam Profi models.
The pressure feet are expressly NOT suitable for the Chinese clamping bars often offered!
