Description

The stainless steel roof rack base with a height of 100 mm enables the installation of customized roof rack solutions based on airline rails. Thanks to its robust V2A stainless steel construction, trowalized surface, and precise drilling distances, it is ideal for transporters, vans, motorhomes, and vehicles with straight roof lines.

Stable roof rack base for vehicles with a straight roof line

The 90° angle makes the roof base compatible with many vehicles such as the VW T5, T6, T6.1, Fiat Ducato, Citroën Jumper, and identical models. The height of 100 mm is particularly advantageous for motorhomes, as roof hatches can be easily built over in many cases – and can be removed again at any time.

Suitable for individual roof rack systems

The roof rack base can be combined with system profiles or our crossbars on the vehicle roof. This makes it easy to create customized roof racks for camping, crafts, transport, or private use. The holes are spaced 75 mm apart and are ideal for mounting on airline rails.

Compatibility with airline rails & accessories

The roof base is attached with screw fittings or M8 lashing rail nuts. We recommend the following components for setting up a complete roof rack:

1× crossbar (length as required)
2× T-slot nuts 2×M6 – Item 102335
4× M8 lashing rail nuts + stainless steel screws
or 4× V2A screw fittings
2× roof rack feet (for left and right side)

Note: One roof rack foot is supplied. Two feet are required for a complete crossbar.
