Roof lining for vans, light commercial vehicles and panel vans – protection, insulation and a professional look
Our CNC-milled, custom-fit roof panels are available for many common vans and panel vans. They protect the vehicle headliner from damage, improve acoustics and temperature and ensure a professional interior.
Why roof panelling in vans makes sense
In everyday working life, the interior of a van is subject to heavy use: Tools, machines, boxes and materials are constantly loaded and unloaded. The roof area in particular is often unprotected. Even short braking maneuvers or sliding loads cause dents, scratches and paint damage to the sheet metal. This not only looks unattractive, but can also lead to rust in the long term.
A roof lining acts like a buffer between the load and the bodywork. It provides reliable protection, increases the service life of the vehicle and helps to maintain the resale value - a real plus, whether for commercial use, leased vehicles or private use.
Gear and heat protection included
In addition to protection against mechanical impacts, the roof lining offers clear comfort benefits. It reduces noise in the empty load compartment and thus ensures more pleasant acoustics during the journey. In addition, insulation made of Armaflex or a comparable insulating material can be easily installed under the cladding between the roof crossbars.
The result: less noise, less heat in summer and noticeably better insulation in cold temperatures. Materials, tools and goods are better protected, and the driver benefits from a more pleasant working environment - whether on short city trips or long freeway journeys.
High-quality materials – suitable for your use
Our roof panels for vans and panel vans are precision CNC-milled and available in two material variants. Both options are 4 mm thick, robust and designed for durability.
1) Birch plywood (4 mm)
- Available uncoated or coated in gray
- Uncoated ideal for covering with felt or carpet – perfect for cozy camper or vanlife conversions
- Grey coated is water-repellent and easy to clean
- Natural look, high stability, clean finish
2) Plastic honeycomb profile (4 mm)
- Especially lightweight and dimensionally stable
- Water-resistant and resistant to many chemicals
- Ideal for tough everyday commercial use and regular cleaning
- Very good ratio of weight, resilience and maintenance
Regardless of the material, the panels are manufactured to fit the respective vehicle model and ensure a professional, calm appearance in the load compartment.
Easy installation – also for DIY installers
The roof cladding is supplied in one or more parts depending on the vehicle size and is attached to the transverse roof crossbars. Thanks to their low weight, the elements are easy to lift, align and fix. The installation is self-explanatory and can be easily accomplished with a little manual skill.
Good to know: installation material is included in the scope of delivery. Special tools are generally not required. This allows you to achieve a clean result quickly – without any time-consuming conversions.

Installation instructions & tips
For optimum results, we recommend cleaning the roof areas and checking any edges, cables or crossbars before installation. If you want to attach additional insulation, you should cut it to size before the final installation and glue it in the spaces between the crossbars. Make sure that all fastening points are secure and that the elements are mounted without tension.
For larger vehicles, a second person can make it easier to align the panels. After installation, a short test drive is recommended to detect any noise or vibrations and make any necessary adjustments. Conclusion: Small investment, big difference
