Airline lashing rail for securing loads and wheelchairs
The high-strength aluminum airline rail is designed for installation in the vehicle floor.
The 1-meter-long rail can be mounted under the cross members in the floor panel. The half-round profile, which can be attached
directly to the cross member, serves as a counterpart.
The lashing rail is tested in accordance with DIN 75078-2 and can be used to secure wheelchairs.
The rail is also tested in accordance with DIN 75078-2, DIN 75410, DIN EN 12640, ISO 27955, and ISO 27956 for load securing. We
also have the matching
end cap for this airline rail in our range. This can be purchased as an option.
This rail has a metric grid dimension of 25 mm. If you intend to use the airline rail to secure wheelchairs, please check whether your system is suitable for a 25.4 mm or 25 mm grid dimension. It is important to check fittings with more than two grid points. For single-stud or double-stud fittings, this check is not necessary.

The above permissible load capacities are achieved under the following conditions:
- Sufficient force transmission into the substructure
- Fastening distance 75 mm with 25 mm grid / 76.2 mm with 25.4 mm grid
- Airline rail floor profile fastened with M6 10
.9 screws To seal the vehicle floor after installing the airline rail, we recommend using
stone chip and underbody protection.
