Design and scope of delivery of the aluminum checker plate cargo area lining
The side wall paneling made of aluminum checker plate is supplied for the interior surfaces specified by the vehicle manufacturer. The scope of delivery includes all wall paneling, the side door paneling, the side door window cutout, and the lower cutouts of the rear doors.
The aluminum checker plate used has a material thickness of 1.5 to 2.0 mm and a low weight per unit area of approx. 4.3 kg/m². This achieves high stability combined with low weight – ideal for everyday vehicle use.
The material is resistant to chemicals, water, and moisture and is ideal for vehicles that are regularly exposed to high loads. In addition, the aluminum checker plate is 100% recyclable.
The complete mounting kit is included in the scope of delivery. Installation is independent of the vehicle's original mounting points.
Important note:
The aluminum checker plate cargo area trim is not suitable for station wagons with seat rails or double cabs. For use in panel vans only.
