Design and scope of delivery of the aluminum checker plate cargo area lining
The side wall paneling made of aluminum checker plate covers all interior surfaces of the cargo area specified by the vehicle manufacturer. The scope of delivery includes all wall paneling, the sliding door paneling, the window cutout of the sliding door, and the lower cutouts of the rear doors.
The aluminum checker plate used has a material thickness of 1.5 to 2.0 mm and a low weight per unit area of approximately 4.3 kg/m². This achieves high stability without unnecessarily reducing the vehicle's payload.
The material is resistant to chemicals, water, and moisture and is ideal for long-term use in demanding conditions. In addition, the aluminum checker plate is completely recyclable.
A complete mounting kit is included in the scope of delivery. Installation is independent of the vehicle's original mounting points.
Important note:
This aluminum checker plate cargo area lining is not suitable for station wagons with seat rails or double cabs. For use exclusively with VW Crafter panel vans.
