The transporter floor is available in either 9 mm or 12 mm thickness. The substrate is a phenolic resin-bonded screen-printed floor made of birch plywood in accordance with EN 312-2 / Class 3, which is specially designed for use in commercial vehicles.
The aluminum checker plate surface in a durable quintet design increases slip resistance and reliably protects the floor from mechanical stress caused by tools, machines, or transported goods.
Installation and secure fastening
Installation is carried out from front to rear in the cargo area. The individual floor panel segments are screwed together and, once installed, form a stable, closed loading area. The screw connections are discreet and do not impair the usability of the cargo area.
The supplied lashing recesses are inserted into the designated recesses and secured with the original lashing eyes of the VW Crafter. For wide vehicle variants, a light adhesive can optionally be used between the body and the floor panel to minimize possible vibrations.
Airline rails for flexible load securing
Optionally, airline rails can be integrated transversely to the direction of travel under the roof rails. The floor panel is milled to fit precisely and the airline rails are permanently glued in place.
The airline rails are each 1.20 m long and are ideal for securing loads with locking bars. Please note that airline rails can only be integrated with 9 mm thick floor panels. Different lengths or positions are available on request.
