The CNC-milled transporter floor for the Fiat Ducato L5 is precisely tailored to the contours of the vehicle. The combination of robust birch plywood and 1.5–2.0 mm thick aluminum checker plate creates an extremely resilient, slip-resistant loading area – ideal for heavy, bulky, or palletized loads.
Important note: Before ordering, please compare your vehicle dimensions with the values given below. In Germany, this vehicle variant is known as the Fiat Ducato L5. In other EU countries, the same vehicle length may be listed under the designation L4.

The floor panel is supplied in several parts, which makes it easy to install and ensures a perfect fit even in very long cargo areas.
Material structure of the aluminum checker plate floor panel
The transporter floor is available in 9 mm or 12 mm thickness. The substrate is a phenolic resin-bonded screen-printed floor made of birch plywood in accordance with EN 312-2 / Class 3.
The applied aluminum checker plate layer in quintet design ensures high slip resistance and a permanently resistant surface – even with intensive use.
Installation and secure fastening
Installation is carried out from the front to the rear of the vehicle. The individual floor segments are screwed together and, once installed, form a stable, closed loading area. The screw connections are barely visible after installation.
The lashing recesses included in the scope of delivery are inserted into the designated recesses and secured with the original lashing eyes of the Fiat Ducato. For particularly wide vehicle variants, a light adhesive can be applied between the body and the floor panel to minimize vibrations.
Airline rails for professional load securing
Optionally, airline rails can be integrated under the roof rails across the direction of travel. The floor panel is milled to fit precisely and the rails are permanently glued in place.
The airline rails are each 1.20 meters long and are ideal for securing loads with locking bars. Please note that airline rails can only be embedded in 9 mm thick floor panels. Different lengths or positions are available on request.
