This long aluminium cargo bar is designed for larger load areas in trucks, trailers, box bodies and wide commercial vehicles. Several working lengths are available, allowing the bar to be matched to the actual internal distance of the vehicle or trailer.
Each version provides 370 mm of adjustment. This makes the range particularly suitable for load areas where shorter van cargo bars do not provide enough reach.
Which cargo bar fits my truck or trailer?
Quick answer: Measure the distance at the exact position where the cargo bar will be used. The measurement must fall within the working range of the selected version. This series is specifically intended for wider load areas and larger internal dimensions.
Ordering tip:
Do not choose the bar purely by vehicle type. The important measurement is the actual distance between the intended contact surfaces. Truck bodies, trailers and converted vehicles can have very different internal dimensions.

Rack adjustment for commercial use
The telescopic length is adjusted using a rack mechanism. Once the required length has been set, the cargo bar is tensioned between suitable surfaces inside the load area.
The 42 mm aluminium tube combines a robust construction with manageable weight for regular use in trucks, trailers and box bodies.
Rubber feet on both ends
Rubber feet at both ends provide broad contact with the installation surfaces. Their effectiveness depends on the condition and stability of those surfaces.
Integrated spring function
An integrated spring mechanism helps compensate for small movements during transport, including cornering, uneven roads and minor movement of the vehicle body.
Horizontal or vertical installation
Depending on the vehicle and suitable contact surfaces, the cargo bar can be installed horizontally or vertically.
Important:
Only tension the cargo bar against stable and sufficiently strong surfaces. Thin panels or delicate interior structures are not automatically suitable contact points.
