Vertical load securing net for vans with fixed aluminum rods
This load securing net can be adjusted extremely quickly and without tangling using a rod to the desired size.
Handling this load securing net is very easy and straightforward! Particularly suitable for CEP service providers.
This net is currently available in a ready-configured version for the Mercedes Sprinter and VW Crafter. We would also
be happy to have this net made for your van. Please contact us.
The net is inserted vertically into four double-ended airline fittings. The fittings are not mounted on the net!
The double-ended fittings are inserted into the airline rail as required and remain in the desired position.
The load securing net is unhooked by simply lifting the tube and inserted into the new desired position in the double-ended fitting.
To create a passageway, the net frame is simply unhooked and inserted into the parking position on the other side. This also allows quick access.
The basic requirement for using the load securing net is two rows of airline rails, which must be installed horizontally in the van. These rails are already installed in many vehicles. The height is not important, as the hooks are adjustable.
If you do not have
airline rails installed in your vehicle, you can find them in our online shop under the category "Airline rails."
The load securing net is manufactured, tested, and inspected in accordance with VDI 2700 Sheet 3.3.
