The CNC-machined transporter floor for MAN TGE L4 is precisely adapted to the contours of the cargo area and is suitable for vehicles with front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive, and all-wheel drive. The combination of sturdy birch plywood and a 1.5–2.0 mm thick aluminum checker plate surface ensures a slip-resistant, durable loading area.

The floor panel is supplied in several parts, which facilitates installation in long cargo areas and enables precise adaptation to the vehicle geometry.
Material structure of the aluminum checker plate floor panel
The transporter floor is available in either 9 mm or 12 mm thickness. The substrate material is a phenolic resin-bonded screen-printed floor made of birch plywood in accordance with EN 312-2 / Class 3.
The applied aluminum checker plate layer in a quintet arrangement increases slip resistance and ensures a permanently resilient surface – ideal for heavy tools, machines, or palletized goods.
Installation and secure fastening
The floor is laid from the front to the rear of the vehicle. The individual panel segments are screwed together and, once assembled, form a stable, level loading area. The screw connections are barely visible after installation and do not interfere with everyday work.
The lashing recesses included in the scope of delivery are inserted into the designated recesses and secured with the original lashing eyes of the MAN TGE. For wide vehicles, a light adhesive can be applied between the body and the floor panel to reduce vibrations.
Airline rails for flexible load securing
Optionally, airline rails can be integrated under the roof rails across the direction of travel. The floor panel is milled to fit precisely and the rails are permanently glued in place.
The airline rails are each 1.20 meters long and are ideal for securing loads with locking bars. Please note that airline rails can only be embedded in 9 mm thick floor panels. Other lengths or positions are available on request.
